Nastleck Freight (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us") is a customs clearing, freight forwarding, transport and logistics company registered in Zimbabwe in 2010. Our head office is at Office 206, 2nd Floor, Merchant House, 43 R. Manyika Road, Harare, Zimbabwe. We collect information in two ways: when you contact us, and when we handle your shipments.

• Contact details — your name, company name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and physical address, given when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us.
• Shipment information — details needed to clear and move your cargo: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits, passports and residence documents (for returning residents), vehicle registration papers, and tax or company registration records where a consultancy engagement requires them.
• Communication records — notes of calls, WhatsApp messages and emails, kept so we can track the progress of your shipment and quote.

Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts, and we do not collect information about your browsing beyond standard, anonymised server logs.

• Preparing quotations and answering your enquiries.
• Clearing cargo with ZIMRA and other authorities on your behalf.
• Arranging transport, freight booking, warehousing and delivery.
• Meeting legal, customs and tax obligations in Zimbabwe and transit countries.
• Keeping accurate records of services performed and fees charged.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it where the job requires it — for example with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents, or ZIMRA and border authorities — and only the details they need.

Shipment and client records are kept in secure, access-controlled systems and locked physical files. Only staff involved in your shipment can access your documents. Documents collected for customs purposes are retained for the period required by Zimbabwean law, after which they are securely destroyed.

You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact nastleckfreight@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
